All of Tiny Treasures Puppies products have been tested and used by our staff and we fully recommend what we sell.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it for a complete refund. All shipping costs must be born by the customer and returned merchandise must be in resaleable condition with original packaging.

Tiny Treasures Puppies' pets come with FREE, no-hassle one year warranty. We believe so strongly in our healthy, happy pets that we are willing to offer this warranty at no charge to you. You will be hard-pressed to find such a guarantee elsewhere.

Tiny Treasures Puppies Health Guarantees: Health on puppies for 7 days (including date of arrival at your home) and any Congenital or Heredity Defects such as Heart Murmurs, or Hip Dysplasia for a period of 1 year from date of birth. A slight Heart Murmur or Patella Lupication (grade #2), does not qualify for credit unless the problems graduates to a grade #3 or greater the first year.

Tiny Treasures Puppies does not guarantee nor pay for:
• Vet expenses incurred after you have received the animal
• Cherry Eyes which occur after 1st 24 hours
• Any unauthorized euthanasia of an animal
• Any pets vaccinated within 1st 7 days at your home
• Hypoglycemia related deaths
• Landlord disapproval
• Allergic reactions
• For any reason other than related to animals health

To apply for credit on a puppy:
A. Review your pet's warranty.
B. Send vet letter, (signed by your vet), X-rays, test results or necessary documentation within 7 days of sale. No credit will be considered if paper work is not in our store within 7 days. Process congenital and heredity defects as soon as problem is noted. All credits with PROPER DOCUMENTATION are processed within 10 days of receipt of your claim.
C. If your attending vet claims parvo or distemper as the cause of death, we require a positive lab test to claim replacement from the breeder. Mange claims require a positive scraping and copies of test results must be provided for the breeder. X-rays are required for Dysplasia and similar abnormalities.
D. In instances of death, all claims must accompany an autopsy report.
E. A credit request will be reviewed. When approved, Tiny Treasures Puppies will exchange or refund up to purchase price as long as pet was to see a vet within 3 days.
F. The above guarantee is only applicable to original purchase, no exceptions.
